With the whole category of Anti-barking Dog Collar, false trigger is an inevitable problem because the sensor could be triggered by dog jumping/shaking head/running etc. and we are all trying our best to reduce the false trigger rate. However, we can give you some tips and hopefully they can help:
1. Please make sure that keeping one finger distance between the collar and dog’s throat, also collar should be placed right below dog's throat, because if not, the collar will be too tight or too loose.
2. The most important is lower the sensitivity level. (the 'S' button)
